Below are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you can't find the answer to your question here, please feel free to contact us.


How do I place an order? TOP

After you have picked what goodie you want, you may pick a font style and font color by picking from the drop down menu. If you decide on a coordinating color please indicate what color in the Special Notes section.

When adding your personalization use commas to separate phrases (i.e. name, address, phone). Do not use CAPS when entering your info. If you have a request for placement, please make a note in the Special Notes section. Once you have added all of your info just click on the “Buy it” and it will be added to your cart.

If I have a question concerning your info or the design…I will contact you.


Can you help me pick a font? TOP

If you can't decide on a font or there are a few you really like...no problem! Lulu is a font-fanatic! We don't mind send you a design with a few font options. Just indicate in Special Notes what fonts you are interested in.


When will I receive a proof for my order? TOP

Once your order is received we will begin to work on a free proof of your order. This will be sent to you via email. We do ask that you check your spam folders or add us to your email list so that there will not be a delay in the process. Our email for proof delivery is: luluslabels@aol.com

Proofs may take up to 72 hours to be designed and emailed.

Customers need to respond to the proof in a timely manner as we will not process your order until approval is received!

We will wait 4 business days on a response from you - unless you have alerted us that you may be away, and then we will process and ship your items without a proof approval.


I never received my proof…what happened? TOP

Check your spam folder and add our email to your list. Our email for proof delivery is: luluslabels@aol.com. Your proof is probably waiting for you. If you have any questions please contact us.


What if I want to make changes to my proof? (i.e. fonts, color, wording) TOP

There is no extra charge for changing spelling or grammatical errors. Any changes should be made during the first proof.

After the first free proof, there will be a $5 charge for each additional proof needed for customer design changes. Which means the more you change the more it will cost. Please contact us if you have any questions.


Can I have items made to match? TOP

We love to make matching goodies. Please contact us if there is a design you would like on something. Please note: This is only for existing designs. Custom work maybe subject to a design fee.


How long does it take for an order to be processed? TOP

Please allow 6 to 8 days for your order to be designed and processed. Processing time does not include shipping times. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.


How long will it take to receive my order? TOP

All orders are shipped by Priority Mail. This may take 2 to 3 days depending on your location. Please allow for possible postal service delays during the holiday season.

Express Service is available to most locations and Rush Processing is recommended if you need your items ASAP.


I need my order ASAP…..can I have it rushed? TOP

Lulu’s offers two services for time sensitive shipments.

Rush Processing (additional $15): This will provide you with a proof within 1 business day and order processing within 2 business days of proof approval.

Express Service ($25 flat rate): which is overnight to most locations


I need a custom design....can you do that? TOP

Lulu's background is corporate graphic design so of course we can help you. With over 15 years of design experience, we would be glad to help with any items you may need!

Past clients have included: The Salvation Army, Bank of America, the State of Georgia (government departments) and so on. Not to mention tons of Stay-at-Home moms looking for a web presence and overall marketable identity.

What is your return policy? TOP

All of Lulu’s items are custom designed so sales are final. All of Lulu’s customers receive a FREE PROOF to help prevent costly errors. Please see our PROOF policy for more info.

In the event you find an error with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.


Do you ever offer discounts? TOP
