Payment Options
Lulu’s Labels & Such accepts Paypal. You do not have to have an account with Paypal to shop....just a credit card.
We do not accept personal checks.
As required by law, sales tax is added to orders shipping within the state of Georgia.

Order Processing
You may shop at Lulu’s 24 hours a day. Orders are only processed during weekdays (unless you have purchased Rush processing). You will receive an email acknowledgment upon placing your order. Please allow 6 to 8 days for your order to be designed and processed. Orders placed over the weekend, after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Proofs
Once your order is received we will begin to work on a free proof of your order. This will be sent to you via email. We do ask that you check your spam folders or add us to your email list so that there will not be a delay in the process. Our email for proof delivery is: luluslabels@aol.com.

Customers need to respond to the proof in a timely manner as we will not process your order until approval is received!  

We will wait for 4 business days on a response from you - unless you have alerted us that you may be away, and then we will process and ship your items without a proof approval.

Please note: Proofs may take up to 72 hours to be designed and emailed.

Shipping
Orders are shipped Priority Mail (2-3 days). Overnight/Express Shipping and Rush Services are available. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. You may also track the status of your order on our website.

Shipping Rates 
Shipping rates is determined by order total for items. Free shipping is available for orders over $50.00 (US only).*

Lulu’s current shipping rates are as follows

Rush Processing: additional $15 (order processed in 2 days / standard shipping rates apply)
Express Shipping: $25 (One business day to most US locations)

Express Shipping is available at a flat rate. This will reach US destinations next day. You should still allow for standard processing time.
Rush processing is available. This service speeds up the designing and printing of your order, within 2 business days of paid order.

Rush processing is not available during Lulu’s holiday season (October to December). 


Return Policy
All of Lulu’s items are custom designed which means all sales are considered final. All of Lulu’s customers receive a FREE PROOF to help prevent costly errors.

In the event you find an error with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Errors made on Lulu’s part will be reprinted at no charge and shipped ASAP.

Cancellation Policy
Orders are processed as soon as they are received so cancellations are not possible. If you feel you made an error in your personalization, contact us immediately.

Lulu’s works really hard to make original designs for your shopping pleasure. You need written permission to reproduce ANYTHING on this site. Designs are the property of artist. Certain art has been purchased and other items are ORIGINAL designs from Lulu's. Any theft will be reported ASAP.
